Why is the focus ONLY on the Justin Bieber using the word niigger and not the fact that he actually sung the lyrics "If I KILL you there will be one less niigger and I'll be in the KKK"? This is way more than the use of the word niigger. Dude is talking about killing black people and joining a white extremist organization.
