Have LeBron's peers recognized him as the best yet?

I do want to clear up something because me and my teammates have been having an argument for the last couple days. I said, 'Name the top three players in the game.' Name them. I always say, 'How does everyone overlook A.I.?' How do you look over somebody who for the last nine years has been in the top three in scoring each year? I'm just saying, it's dominant. He dominates the game of basketball. He is one of the most feared players. I take Kobe, then him and then after that you can throw anybody you want under there. So the second best player in this league, he can go anywhere he pleases.
I'm going to save the rest for the upcoming weeks because it's starting to get exciting.

:manny:

:ehh:well there you go.

Regarsless, I have already expressed that kobe got his props from players when he was doing his thing when he was obviously better. And that lebron(atleast as far as a few mentions posted) bron doesn't get the nod as the best like deserves.

My argument is more so why he isn't crowned. And like I said its usually the safe "rings" argument. Just look what he said, players were just completely ignoring A.I.

I was tryna say players who feel they are in the same level as Kobe aren't goin to say he's the best. Was tmac in Orlando/ Vince in toronto/a.I in philly(Kobe's peers) saying kobe was better than them. The top players arent going to meet Kobe in the offs and say he's the best. Unless out of respect.

Put props on that quote though.

Do you think lebron is better than Kobe today?

With out using the "safe" rings argument. Like most players use when faced with who's better.

They probably don't respect him for the same reason that a lot of fans (like me) don't respect him. He had an agreement with a top 5 and a top 10 player (at the time) to form a super team. Kind of goes against the spirit of competition. For some people, there is a line between getting help and overkill. I believe he crossed it. Add to that all those silly immature sideline dances and now you have a certain percentage of NBA players who flat out refuse to acknowledge his "greatness"

There you have it. Hypocrite, ignorance, stupidity, jealousy all rolled up into one.

:childplease: How is Bron a enemy of Durant eventhough Durant travels and works out with Bron in Akron of all places? As far as the question at hand a lot of folks in the league seem like haters when it comes to Lebron and its been that way since he was a rookie. :manny:

you cant assume he trained with lebron from the kindness of his heart or to build up a great friendship either, like it seems youre trying to imply with that statement. kd never gave me an impression of being that kind of person with anyone, let alone lebron

jordan hated barkley. he played him like a sucker in that 93 finals by pretending to be his friend off the court. those are in his words
