About a year ago when I had to help my mom get her washer fixed, the Sears dude straight up told us these new stackable washers are fukking trash. They make them look pretty, but they don't last more than 5 years without fukking up. The top load ones are the ones to get, them hoes last for like 10 years.

I'd never get a stackable simply because the fukkig pedestals are about $300 each. Not to mention if you need to quickly add something to the wash you're stuck. My LG top loader is excellent and has all the high efficiency bells and whistles.

my parents still have their have top loading washer/dryer set in their basement they got as a wedding gift over 30 years ago. my moms said she had to get them fixed maybe twice over that duration, but I don't think that's bad at all given how long they've lasted.

they're so damn old they are olive green, which gives you the time frame for when those were in style.

my 5 yo goes in there but i always tell her just tell me what you want and i'll get it.

my 2 yo can't reach the door, nor can she open it.

i'm also a bit OCD, i'm constantly cleaning and organizing.

Looking at new appliances are cool, they got washing machines with a separate drawer where you can wash another smaller load

you can do white appliances or stainless appliances with white cabinets. I still prefer stainless.

what do ya'll think of those farmhouse sinks? personally, I love this feature. it's a big ass sink, so there's plenty of room for all ur stuff. plus I really like the look in either white or stainless.

These new antique style sinks are so cold.

Damn in here giving positive rants on kitchen ware and appliances, and I don't even like owning a house anymore.
