If his shot release time is quick enough for the pro game.
He should be the top pick in the draft.
He plays with ferocity and actual urgency on another level incomparison to anyone in the entire game of basketball, right now.
As long as he does not suffer from a slow release like Shawn respert.
He will be an impact player if drafted where his pedigree says he should be drafted.
Which is no less than first or second pick in the draft.

Maybe Lon's offense aint setup for Buddy to handle the rock like that Davidson offense for Steph..not saying he's Steph but still I think hes more skilled than what he's shown

Imo, his low side/bust potential at best is nick young, or Lou Williams to jimmy butler before he ramped.

I saw respert shoot well and when he got to the pros.
He had a slow release combine with being undersized at the two.
Made it so, he was getting his shyt actually blocked taking jumpers.
So, that is why I said the only variable for me is his shot release.
If his shot release is quick enough to translate to the pro game.
Barring injury, this kid has next.

Not buying it..You dont average 25 a game without having some type of handle...with an NBA training regiment combined with his natural talents im sure he can develop his handles enough to still be a top 3 pick
