Have womens outfits at the gym gotten out of hand?

As a female athlete since a kid, no. You are probably just now getting in the gym with women or maybe consuming more gym based content. But it's always been skimpy workout outfits

Even if you saw exercise videos from the 80s 90s you would know this.

Women have always worn tight gym attire BUT because women have gotten exponentially fatter, it looks more inappropriate.

any nikka complaining about women at the gym should just live their truth. as long as they use the wipes, i'm not really concerned with their choice of clothing....

it's the same to me. even our high school volleyball uniform consisted of spandex shorts with a 3-4 inch inseam which if you had any type of thighs or butt it would creep up into nothing. girls at practice with a sports bra. for some reason this is acceptable in workout context. probably something that men played a role in tbh

But nah majority of women are fine, but as a former multi sport athlete that also worked at a gym long ago im calling bullshyt on some of these outfits (once again the majority of women are fine) ; its not a necessity to be nearly naked to have a functional workout.



Its a public gym that kids and elder attend, I shouldnt see your ass cheeks out.
