Do women do this for kicks? Or do they legit forget that have breast sometimes. This has happen to me more than a few times....I pretty much chalked it up to them not even realizing it.

This was years ago at a former job. Wore some pants and didn't realize I was bulging until I caught some old white lady looking. I had to excuse myself to make some adjustments.
Its one of the easiest moves they pull because they do it under the pretense of addressing something on a computer screen while not appearing to be doing it intentionally...just like how you say in the bolded. Trust me, if its a titty, or a hand on your hand, they know what they're doing. Slightly brushing up on you isn't anything though.

There's this one Indian co-worker who is sizzlin'. She's a really nice person and works in a different department though. Face is a 9, buns are a 10.
I'm going to say there is a line between harassing and flirting, and it does come down to whether you like that person like that, I've had both. I remember one job this co-worker, who I found attractive, one day felt the need to walk past me in her fitted jeans and slide her ass across mine then give me the 
look. It took me a few seconds to process what happened as we had just met 2 days prior. She was flirting with intent to take it further, which I didn't mind.
Had another female in the office who was attracted to me, would hit me up for lunch almost daily, stop by my desk to hang out on her lunch breaks, try and hint at plans for the weekend, compliment me on how good my outfit looked on me, eventually I had to let her know that I wasn't feeling her like that. She persisted after that, I had no choice but to hit up her manager about it, then it finally stopped.
