I went to private school my whole life.
Motherfukkers use to be thinkin they were special cause their parents made 6 figures working at some prestigious cac corporation and sending them to this fancy school being taught by a bunch of cacs all day..... Those types always seek validation from white folks.... You'll never see them on some pro-black shyt.... They just wanna assimilate and be accepted by white society

Yeah, on one hand it’s funny because a lot of them are delusional about how many rich ass cacs I’ve been around my whole life (aka their money doesn’t even begin to compare) but I don’t blame them for their tudes. I just let em know no degree or million dollar home can save them should they piss me off (I used to fight)

Friend of mine in college went on a date with this dime sister, she was one of those hardcore aerobics types built like a statue of a greek goddess types. I think the mom was white or mixed, but the girls (both fine) didn't have that high yellow mixed look. Dad was dark. HE said the whole dinner the women were 100% while the dad was sitting there 
the whole time.
He said he finally got the dad alone and tried to ask him what happened to his girls acting like that, dude was just defeated. That's the dangers of living in the suburbs. Your family is going to be surrounded by Biff and Becky 24/7 so unless you're looking out for it and prepare for it, they're going to turn into wenches. Most black folk don't understand this and aren't prepared for it. Issues of race seem real obvious if you came up that way, but when your kids are surrounded by snake smiles their whole childhood, they're not going to figure it out until it's too late.

He kept showing me these borderline section 8 looking houses worth 30K at best
I told i'm not making an offer on anything he showed me because they're well below my price range.

I said i'd be willing to go up to 90K. In the market i live in 90K is a nice house but is still not anything ultra extravagant.

That's a "decent" down payment for a home here in Toronto Luckily for me, growing up in my city it was cool cause white people are a minority unless you live in a RICH white area but schools in the city proper are pretty mixed. But it's the one thing that worries me about living in the suburbs and having kids and why I don't think it's possible cause here it's nothing but cacs and asians out there and little to no black people. I'd feel like I've failed my children if they grew up like some of the c00ns I went to University with and encountered in the work place. The shyt OP talking about is very real and I've always wanted to punch nikkas like that in the fukking face. Especially when it's white folk around and they really trying to UP their "whiteness"
I got a boy like this but he grew up around those cacs so I try not to hold it against him too much but the shyt is disappointing.

1st one is in the hood: 55K
2nd one is in a seemingly ok neighborhood: 90K
3rd one is snobby upper class entry level: 355K

90K got me a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, with a full basement and two car garage three story house.. I live in youngstown, Ohio.

i always wonder why people live in expensive ass housing market. You should know that wages aren't increased in a directly proportional relationship to the local housing market?
Houses might be 4 times as expensive in a particular market but the the median salary is usually only up 1.6 to 1.8 times greater to go along with that. Thats a net loss.
I'd rather make 90K in work in a market where the houses are 100k, than make 150K and work in a market where the houses are 400k.
Damn, I live in New York. I'm trying to find a 3 bedroom + with 2 bath for 700k in Brooklyn, as close to Downtown Bk as possible and it's damn near impossible.
I always get tempted when I see these housing market y'all drop.
