Niece tried to make me feel

for saying "chill out" a few years back.
Her: "You still say chill out?

"
Me: "

Yeah...it's words."
I don't know what I should have said "Calm your nerves?" "Settle down?" "Cool your jets." What was the correct combination of words? I didn't know, was literally lost after that. Around that time I knew I had caught the flabby and it was time to get down with the sickness.
Then again, when you're older you don't really care about being 'lame' that stuff only seems to matter when you're a dumb youngster and the peer pressure of appearing 'lame' gets to you. Now it's whatever. I've adopted "calm down

" for not serious situations and now that has caught on with her (of course) and she says it when I get too hyped up.
