It can be transmitted by sex or kissing. It can be in the mouth or the genitals. I've never had an outbreak. I don't know when or how or I caught it. I just know I tested positive for it.

I've had HSV2 for about 5/6 years, never had an outbreak. I used to take Zovirax as a precaution in college but post college I stopped taking it because I never had an outbreak

I've had chlamydia & gonorrhea before too... gonorrhea more than once...
