I was having sex with her for a few months before I told her. I've never had an outbreak so they chance of her getting it was very slim. It doesnt really affect my life so I didnt think much of it

I wouldnt tell casual sexual partners about my "status". It sounds really fukked up, but it's dormant in my body so they probably wouldnt get it anyway.
