Have you ever had to check a CAC at work?

I remember this one CAC in a job I had before

It was a HVAC construction job. Out of town at a hotel, 1-2 week project type of thing

Dude was already pissing me off with his smug as fukk attitude, fake smile type of personality. We working overnight, and I'm exiting my hotel to go to the job site. I go my work truck put the key in the ignition, I turn to put more stuff in the truck, shyt autolocks while the door closes, now I'm locked out of my truck . It's only me, and 2 other employees on the project. So I text him

Me: "Hey, I got locked out of my truck while I was on my way to work"
CAC: "Cool, I would give the manager a call"

Mind you, the manager is 3 states away which would be of no help to me. And this CAC only an 8 min drive away from me, and we have identical trucks. And I'm sitting back like he won't even attempt to drive over and use his key to see if he can unlock the truck. Now I'm heated

Me: "Don't you have the same truck and key? I'm not far from the job site"
CAC: "Have you called the manager on what to do?"
Me: "Why the fukk are you not responding to my question??"
CAC: "Oh oh sorry man, I didn't get your other text until now"

Had to spend an hour and a half waiting on a Towing company to unlock the Truck for me


Then when I get to work, he acting all fake and jolly, and never looked me in the eye the whole night

Yup, cacs and Mexicans. The cacs you gotta check em once then they coo for a few months before you gotta check em again.

I speak Spanish so I understand the Mexicans and I check em in Spanish. They hate black people more than the whites hate black people. So when I check em in Spanish that shyt hits em in they soul

Yeah, my former boss (he didn't fire me bc he know he was wrong).

At my desk, I typically listen to music to pass the day. This day: classical (Mozart, Beethoven, etc.).

He walks by and says with a smirk, "What are you listening to? Rap?"

So I look over my shoulder dead...

...into his soulless eyes and asked directly, "What did you say?", paused and then asked "Why do I have to be listening to rap?"

He gets all befuddled, trippin over his words and stuttering.

It was this point he knew he fukked up and apologized.

I k.i.m. until I quit shortly thereafter. Subsequently, he began to beg for a breh to come back bc I was a major, irreplaceable part of the team.

Yea, a district manager. Dude came into the fast food spot trying to boss me around. I said aight, he was in the drive thru cleaning the window. I told the customer at the box to speed up as fast as he can to the window, and he almost hit that fool. District manager never said anything to me after that day, ever again.

one was a redneck dude staring at me bcuz this white woman (we were all teachers) was talking to me and laughing flirtatiously…I wasn’t pushing for that but it was just her response to a joke I made…didn’t expect her to respond how she did…regardless I didn’t like dude up “in” my face so after a few seconds he’s still staring and I straight up asked him if he had a problem…he said “no” matter of factly and looked away…I will say he didn’t punk out…I think he was prepared too match my energy but realized he did look silly staring at me to the point I had to say something…what’s crazy is this was during orientation lol smh…anyway made it a point to keep joking with old girl after that even tho I had no interest in her



another example was my principal (old white woman) “joked” that I look like a murderer…even the secretary (who was white) looked at her like told her that shyt wasn’t funny at all and that I’d be submitting a report of the incident to the school’s union rep (black woman)…nothing came about from it but it was good to have it on record…the previous administration (same school) had tried to railroad me and documenting shyt is what saved my job so I made sure to let her know I wasn’t playing any games with her from rip

Had to check CACs multiple times to the point I got exhausted

Yup. Especially when they bring a CAC in for you to train to be YOUR boss, knowing you’re looking for a promotion for that position.

I used to go the fukk off until I realized it still got me nowhere and I quit lol
