The law is wrong then. Im not following any law if its morally wrong. I have and will continue to get arrested because weed and magic mushrooms are good for me.

i used to live in Florida - for four years.

and no there are basically zero in Detroit. I was sad when I got back here and there were no dominicans, PR, ...... Just Mexicans who i can identify with the least.
no offense to mexicans... but this is basically why i don't speak spanish here.

yeah true, completely different cultures between Mexicans and island Hispanics. You must've lived in or near Hialeah. Some of those Cubans got me like sometimes.

i have alot of stories. some im ashamed of. 1 happened just 15 minutes ago.

ima share my first one tho.

my very 1st security job, i was assigned to the gap. i forgot where the store was, but somewhere in manhattan. i was 18 years old and never worked a real job before then.

my supervisor was black. older than me, but young now that i look back on it. maybe mid 20s. so he schooled me real quick.

he told me "when u see any group of black/hispanic teens, or asian old ladies, say this on the radio(i forgot what the code was)". that pretty much meant we were gonna follow them. so for a couple of weeks that i was there, everyday i was following around minorities. and any groups of asian ladies of 3 or more.

never caught any of them stealing so looking back i feel a little ashamed, but i was young and was only doing as i was told.

I used to be friends with a group of professional shoplifters, who used to steal to order ..... two black girls and a white girl...... the black girls used to walk in together and act extra loud and distract the security while the white girl would come in 5 minutes later by herself and steal half the store...

im familiar with that strategy. later on in my time as retail security i gained a keen eye for shyt like that. people arent stupid and they know they are being followed most of the time. besides, after winona ryder i relied less n less on profiling

Well, shyt, give me advice on how to act, or things to do in order to get hired.What, or who do most hiring managers look for? And is it true that someone can be to overqualified,smart, or sweet for a job? Cause, often times I get told this.
