Yup...
Had a lil hustle slangin tv's and game systems out the back door one summer and my boy got caught sleeping in the stockroom up on like the 5th level in between some refrigerators or some shyt and got fired. That dried up the hustle lining up my pockets so I quit.

I left but came back ready for them to fire me so I could collect unemployment and look for a new job.
They didn't and I eventually promoted myself by transferring.

. The manager was a Mexican bytch that needed some sturdy dikk in her life it seemed, always with a foot up her ass. 
So on my 3rd day I shyt you not, this bytch going OFF about everything. Middle of a damn Sat shift it's slow and she wants us to clean the whole restaurant.
one of those stay busy managers. She giving out jobs while spraying this shyt on the ceiling that's a mix of bleach, ammonia, and devil's piss. People are like choking and shyt and me and my guys where already cleaning the grill and doing other shyt to avoid made up work, she spots me. Tells me to clean the CEILING. Not even sure HOW she wanted this done because aside from not being able to inhale the shyt, I was not the tallest choice which probably meant a ladder for this shyt. Her: "clean this all up"
Me: "The ceiling??

I knew right then. I had never done a walk off before, but it was a sunny Saturday in my fukk it years and the time was now. The best part was my nikkas knew I had another gig and could have cared less so they started smiling soon as she did it knowing I just needed a reason. I looked at the gang

I took the apron off and started walking toward my jacket. It was then she said "so you are going to QUIT?
" all the bass out her voice and everything. It's like she was about to watch her power go out the door...I said "I'm not cleaning the fukking ceiling" This enraged her and she went to saying shyt about not coming back asking for my job again, and I just remember hearing giggles from coworkers and dapping my guys as I left throwing the apron on the grill and stepping out into the sunshine, air smelled different

Many years ago before I was in IT and struggling for work I applied for this bullshyt commission only job where you had to stop people I the street and sell them services like beauty and health spa days.
Was outside the tube station in the west end with like three dudes from the company for two hours watching them stop people in the street trying to sell them stuff. shyt was so tedious I told one of them I'm going for a break and he didn't even give a fukk so I just got on the train and went back home. They didn't even call to find out what's up thankfully because it was obvious that shyt wasn't for me.
I wouldn't walk out on a job in my career nowadays though, that's a no no. I started a new job today with a company I worked for 4 years ago. Imagine if I just walked out on them like that.

I worked at a Kinkos and they had this batty buoy lying azz cac. He was the mid day mgr i was night shift Mgr, so i stayed having to clean up his shyt and he stayed leaving shyt for my shift. More than once I told him if he kept lying ima have to smack the shyt outta him like the mgr who spot i took was forced to do one day.
Sohh fast 4ward im coming back from vacay and I know i gotta check waiting for me so on the way from the airport i stop in to pick up my check. The Mgr pulls me in the back talking bout sum loot was missing from the safe and they trying to figure out how it happened.
cac cocktail fruit suggested you might know something bout it 
I pull my passport out my pocket and showed him the dates Now he all like 
I wasnt trying to accuse you or anything. I'm like yeah right but uhhhh i need to get to the bank b4 they close. I get out the office and this clown just looking at me smiling

the one time i did this i was getting a summer job after college as a telemarketer and they had you making illegal interstate phone calls telling you to vote for certain candidates. i just went to lunch and never came back. every other job i had was fine.

I'd been making money off the books selling ***** and ******* and writing reports for other kids in high school. My first job....them fools worked me like a damn hebrew slave and were taking money out my till every damn night. I knew those b*stards were up to some shade the whole time.
So when my birthday came up, my homegirl came thru to wish me a happy birthday.
She asked me why I didn't take my birthday off and celebrate...I didn't have a good reason.
So I told the manager I was taking my lunchbreak...and me and my homegirl went to manhattan to celebrate.
Never went back to that job.
They mailed my last check to my apartment and I laughed.
Got another job making 3x as much money a week later.

Yeah well sometimes they transfer people especially in the Fed and departments get pissed because they need like 3-6 months for them to get a back fill either external or internal - And the new dept. is the same as a private employer they want the guy YESTERDAY so yeah they know that grace period is rarely adhered to
