The hostile work environment contributed to your continual decline in performance until the company had to let you go, and thus you had to file for unemployment. :troll: Don't ever quit a job, make them fire you if you don't intend to use them as a reference.
This 100%.

Either make them fire you so you're able to collect unemployment OR...get another job lined up. Wait for the offer letter from HR and tell your boss "Adios."

Everyday I think about it. I've already had a final write up without the verbal or written one. The branch manager complained that I wasn't communicating to her because she's a disrespectful racist bytch that's extremely condescending. I've already had a Karen send a mass email being disrespectful without repercussion as well. The company overworks and underpays its employees and when you don't keep up, they bombard you with meetings to help you keep up. I have had 5 interviews and 2 next week for jobs paying me nearly double of what I make or at 6 figures off rip and am graduating. I just gotta Thug it out. The work meetings to make me keep up while having interviews is distracting though. I fukking hate my job but I got bills to pay. I'm just laughing at this disrespectful ass job because people are already quitting left and right.

Yeah, but I had like a couple of months pay coming to me because of all the vacation days I never took. Also had a bunch a money saved up. You should be able to get another job in under a month, but it’s easier to get a job when you already have one
