Got fired from taco bell when i was 16/17, used to do them manual orders on the register damn near every single day like clockwork with another worker in on it who was making the food. nice efficient lil system we had going... crazy thing is we learned how to do this from watching management do it LMAO! One day one of the fukk ass shift managers swapped drawers out us randomly and saw it was a 100 bucks over LOL, pretty much a wrap right there.
Taco Bell is prolly the most corrupt fast food joint out there, sooooo much fukked up shyt was going on there i cant even begin to tell the half... and the shyt they did to the food...

Yeah once but it was really his fault. Him and his girl worked there so I knew how she got down, she was smashin the homie that got fired not too long after I got there. I guess her and dude got into it one day before he came in cause when he got there all he did was walk around wit red watery eyes, and we could here him back in the dish room on his cell arguin wit her. Managers kept tellin him to get off his phone and I remember him saying something like "man my girl is leaving me, I can't pay my bills, please just, just leave me alone". One of the managers said "aight if you gone do that you gotta go clock out", the head manager came out of nowhere like "NO, matter of fact go clock out right now and don't come back". Dude just made his way to the door sniffling and shyt

Freshman year me and the homie went to McDonalds after school. After we placed our order the wigger cashier was doing whatever they do. I guess he messed up so some short fat mexican lady who I guess was assistant manager shoved him out the way on some "you dont know wtf you doing get out the way"
So the wigger was like "man fucc dis shyt im raisin up out dis bytch i quit" I was like
The wiggeer went all in the back of the kitchen cussin and shyt even took some money then left.
He came back in the lady was like "what are you still doing here."
Homie raised his hand and said "im gettin my mothafuccin coat" grabbed his hoody den bounced again.
It was the best moment I ever witnessed and no black people were involved

Got a few stories but the most recent one was last year at my current job. The manager already was getting tired of this chick's lazy ass and trying to look like she's 19 when she's 45 & 
She missed productivity for three months in a row and five of the last six months so that was it. He told me to work Friday morning and I knew that was her shift. When I came into work, she didn't get the memo yet that she was getting canned getting the department setup for the day and shyt. I was like, "oh, I thought I was working your shift". She literally had the 
face when she responded to me like , "oooh". Minutes later, my MGR called me to send her to his office. The rest of the department knew she was fired since Tuesday but dude didn't officially do the deed till that Friday Morning 
When she came back to the sales floor, she was saying she got fired and mad as fukk why the MGR did it the way he did as she was getting her shyt. I told her , "well, we're going to miss you" . She looked at me like,

My other co-worker looked at me like I was cold as fukk but only because she was hadn't left yet. She hated her ass too.

I USED TO WORK WITH A DUDE WHO COULDNT READ AND WE USED TO DRAW HIM THE SET UP ON PAPER SO HE CAN SEE HOW THE ROOM IS SET. HOTEL CONVENTIONS ETC... WE GOT A NEW BOSS AND THE BOSS FOUND OUT HE COULDNT READ THE BOSS WAS LIKEFIRED HIM 1 WEEK LATER AND WAS
EVERY SINCE.
I used to have a job setting up for hotel conventions in college, and we had a guy who couldnt read either, he had to look at diagrams on the BEO's or follow our lead.

I swear we had to work at the same Taco Bell. I was pulling like 150 a day out of them registers. To the point they installed security cameras. So me and one of the managers had a system where I'd tell her the orders and she'd cook em without them ever hitting the screens. And same shyt with me. I learned to cheat the system by seeing one of the managers doing it. As far as firing I got fired from a job writing parking tickets. I was so damn grimey at that job and def deserved it. I was stealing ticket books and selling them off. And I'd give people officer numbers and which one to use at which lot. I'd park in a lot illegally then write myself a ticket so that whoeve was working the lots would think I had already been ticketed and skip over my car. One day I was doing it an old dude that I didn't know was working the booth to let people in. He saw me putting the ticket on my car and called my shyt in. My boss' boss HATED me cause me and my boy were smart asses and didn't kiss up to her like everybody else. This bytch personally came out to my car and wrote me three tickets and had my car towed. Then on top of that fired me which pissed me off. If you knew you was gone fire me why tow my car on top of it. So then my boss who loved me gave me a ride to pick up my car from the tow truck place was crying the whole way over asking why I did it and all that. That was the hardest part of it all cause she was a sexy about 35-ish white woman and cool as hell.
I've fired a few people too and that shyt is never easy. Especially since in our company after firing them we have to walk them to their desk to collect their keys and badges and any other company property they have and then walk them to their car. I've had people break down crying. One begging to work ANY job in the company and telling us it's Christmas and she won't be able to give her grandkids any gifts.
I had one that threatened to sue the company and me in particular. Begging please don't do it and they'll change and how it's not fair and how fukked up the company is. I swear I get sick to the stomach everytime I'm about to fire somebody.
The hardest still was a brolic ass brotha shivering and bawling like a little kid. I thought I was gone have to throw them thangs at one point. Cause after we had the whole meeting to let him go I ducked back to my office. He made his way over and shut the door behind him and I'm thinking he ready to fight. He was just asking what's the real reason he was being let go and told me no matter what he enjoyed working for. Saw him like two months later and he had found a decent replacement job and seemed happy as hell.

yes at jobs I've had when I was a kid. One dude lit a cigarette and walked out after he got fired (this is significant because it was inside of an airport terminal). Other time I saw this lady literally beg for her job...it was disgusting "please I need this job, I have to feed my kids"
Now you know someone got fired because 2 managers will meet them at their desk when they come in for the day
