Have you graduated college? If so, are you working in that field?

I dont understand all the hate for ITT. I graduated from there and got a job in my field of study. Plenty of employers seek out ITT graduates. While searching for a job I had plenty of hiring managers express their fondness for ITT and it's graduates. My credits even transferred to the university of Phoenix where I'm finishing my Bachelor's degree now. Honestly going to ITT was probably the best descision I've made as a young adult.

No offense but that sounds straight out of one of the commercials  props to you though.

Depending on what field you enter experience>>>>>>degree. If you're a college student make sure you're obtaining some kind of experience to use as a resume filler. You don't wanna go on an interview without experience because most of the questions are situational and without experience its hard to answer those types of questions.

I'm not hating on ITT at all. I just stated that its not a regionally accredited university. Then you mention Phoenix:russ:

People swear by for-profit colleges nowadays. I'm like, fukk em. I would rather go to a community college, take all general education course at the least and maybe transfer on to a state university. A close family friend is attending phoenix and he said he only did like 2 years and will get a bachelors of business management :what: . I guess for some of it's ok but for me, it's not.

Some people (including myself) are not cut out for traditional college, too many distractions and ways to loose focus. With a school like ITT you are doing mostly hands on work in the field of your choice. I went to both a comunity college and a semi large university and found no success in either one. I couldn't get past all the language arts and geography classes in order to start learning about things I was really interested in.

:dwillhuh:

That's like the easiest sh*t. They usually have 3 test for the whole course. And the class right before the exam(usually a week ahead), the professor basically goes over everything that'll be covered on the test. Not mention a bonus essay equivalent to a test. Now try cruising through math & science classes is :shaq2:

I did cruise through my math and science classes, those are subjects that I was interested in. It wasn't that the classes were difficult, it's that they didn't grab my intrest enough to make me serious about going. Weed and hoes were on my mind more than language arts:manny:

So your spell check works better than mine big whoop. Let me guess you graduated from Princeton with a doctorate in grammar. fukk outa here I'm POSITIVE that I'm doing better than you right now with my ITT degree.
