It is MEH to me. I watch way less. I'm way less interested. I've watched maybe 2 minutes of preseason whereas before I used to watch as many games as I could. Keeps my Sundays wide open to do other things when before I would not plan anything on Sundays. The interst just isn't there. Also think the game is trash. The rule changes and how hard they try to push offense makes the game look inauthentic. Not to mention the CTE shyt that the league won't address. Just a shady league in general.

It's down a bit.....6 years ago I would watch at least 10 preseason games. Watching scouting etc.
CFB I would know so many players. Tua is the only dude I know.
I would also know the incoming recruits.....I don't know any outside of Jordyn Adams and he's going to the MLB
Only reason I knew him was for his highlight dunk(lol) and his baseball talent.
Ever since 2015-2016 the NBA has kinda of shifted to the top. I think I've watched more NBA pick up ball than I did NFL preseason games back in the day.
Lakers are going to be trash but I am excited to see those exhibition games which will be a first for me since Bron Bron came back to Cleveland
I also think Schroder off the bench is going to be brazy for OKC along with Nerlens.
As far as NCAAB. Garland at vandy, Zion and RJ at duke. I would rather watch Cole Anthony play AAU ball than a NFL preseason game
I think MLG Highlights and Frankie Vision are responsible for the rise of the NBA and NCAABIt just makes it so much easier to keep up

I've actually gotten more into the past 2 years.
I think it's cause I'm more excited for players coming out of college so I watch more than the Saints.

Yep it's been that way the past decade or so. Ever since it got so easy to pass teams all went to the 2te sets and 3 wr sets as their base O.
It's kind of moving that way in college but you still got teams running power out of the spread so it still gives you variety.
Been feeling that way for the past 5-6 years with these rule changes and Goodell handing down these fukked up suspensions and the same rules changes trickling down to the college level. The Kaep situation was the icing on the cake for me. I just hate football and the way it’s covered. I've soured on sports as a whole the older I've gotten b/c you see how the shyt is really run and how greedy these universities and organizations really are. The all want to get paid but turn into cheapskates when it comes time to pay the athletes even on a college level. The NCAA needs to be dismantled or completely overhauled. They still holding athletes to rules that were created back in the 60s while they get TV deals and all kinds of lucrative contracts. Went off on a tangent but football as a whole has went to shyt.

Goodell is my biggest issue. Adding Sunday and Thursday Night games made football easier to ignore BECAUSE there are now too many options. It no longer feels exclusive where I have no choice but to watch at that moment.
