Have you or anyone you know ever been scammed/defrauded?

I ended up with an extra $1,900 because a glitch with a cash out bank transfer from a place I won’t name as I still use them quite often

Was when it first happened, but they never asked for the money back or took it out of my account.

When I was 16, I fell for that dumb ass,"I'm from out-of-town stranded and I need a few dollars to get home". I gave him $5 and dude was appreciative. A few weeks later I peep his dumbass at the same gas station and he came up to me with the same story. I said,"you still stranded huh, I gave your ho ass money a few weeks ago". He said, "naw, that wasn't me" then jogged off
