I started going a lil gray in my 20s when my job had me under some intense stress, the most stress I've ever experienced in my life. I was dealing with some high profile work (think stuff that was making national news) and I was one of the main ppl involved.

I woke up one day and looked in the mirror and I had a couple gray strands at the front of my hairline. I panicked and cut it out. :russ:

Happened a few more times after that but after the situation died down and I wasn't stressed out anymore, I didn't find any more gray strands.

At least not yet :francis:

My dad isn't gray yet and he's in his 50s so we'll see how that works out for me :yeshrug:

Better to have grey hair than a pushed back hairline :sas2:

Way past that at 44 but had strays in my beard mid to late 30s. It’s a noticeable sprinkle of grey on my chin now but not heavy.

I'm mid 30s with dreads and no gray hair so far other than 1 or 2 in my sideburns. Getting a bit thin up top though. :sadcam:

Its either eating excessive fast food, or a SEVERE lack of sleep.

Nah, not saying fast food/lack of sleep is good for you, but as far as gray hair it's genetic for the most part.

If you're wondering why you went gray at a certain age or in a certain area, look at your parents and grandparents. :yeshrug:
