My brother caught a charge cause he got pulled over and had some adderall in the car, but he has a prescription. So they arrested him and charged him with a class 4 felony. This was September of last year. Somehow, some way, his lawyer never filed the motion to dismiss with the prescription as his evidence, so last Friday the cops showed up with a warrant to take him in. Long story short, my girl called an attorney friend who had it taken care of in 48 hours.
