The more you work out, the more you eat, the more muscle(weight) you gain..so yes you can gain weight if you have a high metabolism..not cardio which will burn that fat quick..im talking about push ups, pull ups, dips etc,,
YAY all day...I'm slim, and I don't even have a huge appetite. I have a damn bird stomach; I can eat NOTHING for 24 hours, then be good for almost an entire day off of a medium size meal. A nikka gets the munchies a lot as well, but I don't even put on weight nevertheless. Only thing that sucks is that everything I drink/eat runs straight through me. I'll be in the bathroom within at least the next hour after....
i'm sayin though, a fat slob can actually has more options to change his situation (surgery, exercise) than a skinny geek with a high metabolism does if he wants to get
