That shyt is good for the ends of your hair (I would highly suggest it for black hair). It's in my holy grail. But always make sure it's that organic cold pressed kind, everything else is straight fraudulent.

If it's not cold pressed, it loses most of it's nutrient value. When the oil is at a higher temp, it also oxidizes faster. Just like when you add heat to a lot of foods, it also reduces antioxidants and phenols which are obviously crucial.

i havent gotten a cut since march and I'm loving the mini fro. and you dont have to be a fukking genius to take care of your shyt either. wash it every week or so, out some curl enhancing creme (not grease) in it and work that shyt in so your curls come alive. i might cut it at some point or grow it out more. not even sure at this point but I just like having hair, for now.

once you get some length (pause) then you can actually make the hair look like something. but i get why some cats wont mess with growing it out because a lot of these dudes already look ugly and/or and having a fukked up hair style will only make matters worse
