having so many sounds you cant get organized unapprecitation

i have like a zillion and three sounds all over my computer and a couple externals. i know i got mad duplicates and probably a lot of useless shyt. not to mention 3 differet softwares that save to 3 different places.

i dont even know where to begin organizing

Yea I got the same problem...any new sounds I get now I keep em organized tho.....not going through my old shyt

This. When I was sick I spent a lot of time trimming down sounds. Went from like 5000 snares to 50.

Only problem is any file that mapped to the deleted sounds had to remapped to the leftover sounds.
