That's standard......There's plenty of businesses with dope vacation packages but they not going to hire you and allow you to use them until your full time.
How you gonna start in January then go on vacation in April? That shyt don't make sense.

3 weeks vacation gang. 
1 week holiday shutdown every year (paid), Xmas Eve thru New Years (4 weeks)...
Buy an additional week as well (5 weeks)...
(Ability to go into a negative balance w/ vacation...worst case scenario, another 40 hrs).
And 5 sick days. (We'll call it 6 weeks)

I'm tryna be in a different country at least every few months, 2 weeks minimum 
That's why I need my own business. I won't get paid but once established I could do what it do, maybe even bring work with me overseas
Take unpaid leave. It's easy to plan for, especially if your checks are the same each pay. If you're traveling for business, you might as well try to find a job that does massive travel or start your own.

Stop unnecessary spending by living a minimalist lifestyle.
Go for at least 6 months.
Then set your bills to auto and start with 5% going auto to investments/lifestyle funds.
Don't get any loans or cards and spend cash on everything and go 150% out and enjoy your life.

Nah travel for your job way different. Them type of jobs you living in airports and hotels
I got offer $65k but declined because there's shyt I like to do at home.

The only profession in America that has good vacation time is teaching. When i was a teacher we got off spring break, christmas break, summer break, winter break in addition to our vacation. When you add up, we had like 4 months off.
Alot of jobs have standard PTO policies. I mean i know everyone here is a 6 cert breh, but the commoners have jobs where negotiating PTO aint a option
