It sucks either way cuz back in the day all I had to do to play final fantasy 7 was put in the ps1 and it was ready

and 1 TB is too small for any half way serious gamer. I agree though, 1TB should have been the baseline.

I have to buy a new harddrive just to play fallout 4 and blackops 3 when they drop these next two weeks. And thats after deletinf all of my ps+ games and not updating witcher 3

I should just be able able to buy an game and play it out the box... I don't care about stability of the game/system or whatever nonsense somebody is gonna use to justify this.. That's why we had the OPTION of installing our games last gen.. It shouldn't be mandatory and take this long. fukk is Microsoft thinking?.. One of the many things I hate about The xone.

It's not nonsense, Spud, it's reality. Modern Warfare 2 was 11GB on the Xbox 360. Blacks Ops 3 is 4x larger than that at 45GB. Load times would be through the roof if it wasn't for fulll installs.

I'm not saying I like it, I'm saying it's a necessity.
