the funny thing is that restriction never affected me like that...and that was in the era where a text was 10 cents each...but i think my first plan was 3000-3500 night and weekend mins instead of unlimited...i had a 35 dollar monthly phone bill...i miss those days lol

If this is a reference to the early 2000's of Cingular wireless Nokia phones and complicated billing structures for calls and texts, I never paid any attention to that shyt, until I saw the bill.

I was hustling in high school, and my phone bill must have looked crazy, dozens and dozens of short calls, and repeated calls to the same number. My bill came out to like $350 one month, and I couldn't explain it to my Mom, I just handed her the $350, and we both didn't talk about it.

I hated those bills they mailed to the house, because they were incriminating to me, once when I was maybe 19, I was living with my Dad, and used to party in Tijuana, had all these calls at 3:00 AM originating in TJ, made me paranoid, trying to open the bill and take out those pages, destroy the evidence.

Believe it my nikka. The only way I was gonna get internet at my grandma house was with them CDs

I got cussed out one time because my mom was trying to call and check on me after school but I was on the computer the whole time



for the youngins: we had dial up, which meant you had to use your phone line for internet and couldn’t receive calls


and the shyt took like 5 minutes to connect
