Yeah man. He is real up front about his drums being the worst part of his skill set. Their beats don't sound all that similar but it reminds me a lot of 9th wonder, where the drums aren't necessarily the best but they still make great beats. Kanye West is another. Kanye had some super low rent drums but overall the music was cool so you couldn't really hate.
