that kinda statement in a typical corporate environment captured in email would be totally inappropriate to say the least. you'd at least be getting a talking to from HR if someone decided to snitch.

How can you not see that as racist or culturally insensitive? He basically reaffirmed that scout's opinion by repeating what he wrote. He agreed with the sentiment that Africans are deceitful people and associated Deng with a negative stereotype. Luol Deng has been a leader everywhere he's been and given back to his community. Would you continue to work for someone if they said that shyt about you?

Like I said before...I quit my last job (over 2 yrs ago) because I didnt like someone being over me.

Ferry should be fired because im sure that owner was "repeating" something he heard from someone else too and he had to step down.
