Says since 1880's maybe if they invested correctly over the past 140 years they could keep alive off interest, growth and dividends...At a certain point you shouldn't need all your money from new students...also many other schools will be closing with different ways to make money college isnt needed anymore.

Acceptance rates are super high at most HBCUs outside of Howard, Spelman, and Morehouse, which usually correlates to low graduate rates. My brother got accepted into SCSU and that nikka had like a 1.7 GPA and didn't fukk with school. He made it half of one semester before he quit.

Scott's organization did their research and they contributed to well managed institutions that were making a difference. There were some schools that were overcoming past problems, but they had strong leadership.
Underfunded and weak leadership is a bad combination for any institution.
I don't think KSU received any of the two rounds of funding from Scott. Their research team would have seen red flags probably.

Didn’t even know Kentucky had an HBCU.
West Virginia has one, but it’s HBCU in name only. 65% of its students are white

I think the only states without HBCUs are those extreme northern New England states and any state past Oklahoma & Texas
