There's no way they arrested for that. Like what wtf that's not a crime. More than likely the teacher got in her feelings and asked her to leave and the student refused.
This ain't a public school, they are paying thousands to get an education, not gonna leave because you caught feelings for whatever reason

According to their policies, the teachers can ask any student to leave for whatever reason they see fit and if they refuse, they can call campus police to remove them

Seems like this woman abused that power because the girl didn't apologize or whatever petty bs she made up to save face.
This is the only way. Let them mf’s know.Every student in that school needs to shut that shyt down.
Bring the school to a gridlock until that CAC is fired and that young woman gets a full ride and free counseling as reparations. And they should force the campus to be a no-race soldier zone.

I studied for free at two universities in Europe and that shyt would be unthinkable there. The concept of campus police is alien to them and regular police isn't even allowed on campus without first getting permission by the dean. Yet when I was in college in the US, campus police kept harrassing fully grown grad students for carrying beer to parties and made them flush it down the toilet while they watched. America is a fukked up place and it thinks of itself as the land of the free

Because she wouldn't leave she got charged with disorderly conduct.
She didn't want to leave because they had a group project so she didn't want to compromise the grades of the other students she was grouped with.
So really she got arrested for refusing to leave, but the reason the professor asked her to leave was because she wouldn't apologize.
That makes more sense. I would fire her for abusing whatever policy they have that allows that.

I saw a video on audit the audit where a principle basically told some cops kick rocks when they asked if they could search the school for a student.
They had to come back with the Superintendent in order to enter.
