At the end of the day, you can either help the team or not and he probably couldn't. That's why Tre Mason isn't cut


Considering how the poster you quoted used both Tre Mason and Todd Gurley as examples of not being cut...I don't think he thinks it has anything to do with race either.

Everyone hates doing it apparently, that's why they force teams to do so. Teams that:

- appeared on Hard Knocks in the last 10 years
- made the playoffs the last 2 years
- have a new HC

are all exempt from it. Who would want to film a documentary during training camp of all things?

I never understood why only bad teams have to do hardknocks. I mean if it's such a distraction why put more pressure on a team already struggling.

Also I would think more people would watch good teams.
