Wow where to start.
1. You have to build a case before you can officially charge someone with historical rape/sexual assault cases. It hasn’t even been a year yet since the #metoo campaign really took off. You can’t just arrest someone solely on one or two testimony’s, especially when those people are in power. If no one is charged years from now then you may have a point.
2. Charlamagne has done more damage to himself than that woman did. He had said out of his own mouth that he raped his wife. He has said out of his own mouth he has had sex with drugged up women. He said out of his own mouth he took an underage girl to a party and lied about his age when he was charged.
THIS is the kind of black man you hold up as a pillar of the black community? A man that humiliates fellow black celebrities by giving them Donkey Of The Day? A man that constantly jokes about rape with no irony? A man that gives a platform to a racist unfunny comedian on his podcast to talk down on black people. A man who he himself said that he couldn’t wait to sell out? REALLY?

This PC age is really aggravating . I have a daughter and i don't want her to be taken advantage of at any point in her life, and i will try my best to prepare for the world, but where does personal responsibility come into the equation? Why are woman expected to be equal to men when it only fits their narrative an are often lumped in with children ? Instead of pandering to the victim on EVERY equation why don't we concentrate on prevention and just common damn sense. Why is it Taboo to talk about prevention and situational awareness? I'm not talking about full on Kidnap and Rape/ Sexual Predator shyt. But two adults having drinks and it leads to sex? If one party can say they were raped and blacked out(female) can the other party rebuff with the same argument(Male)? Why are my actions held responsible when I am under the same influence but the female's actions are not. Maybe I'm looking at this totally wrong and I am open for a change of heart on this issue. you are right that girls mom should of had her know better to be around grown men, I'm sorry but at 16 I knew better, the parent shold have also helped her get through pressing charges or whatever at some point before last week it didn't have to be that day it could have been a few weeks later but it should have happened. How you say you want justice but go about it the worst way possible this is just some revenge spiteful type shyt here.
