The reason they are making these moves is because it flopped. The roll out was terrible and confusing to casual consumers. This should bring more eyes to it and is a rebranding of sorts. They are still not on the largest streaming device but I assume this will be rectified by Christmas. The overall catalog is impressive but they have made at most midly entertaining originals so far. Even D+ has one killer app show

Yeah, I agree with all this. I think people on here are just looking at the dope library when labeling it 'the best' it's not like a market position thing for them.

Yes I'm sure they were very happy with 8.6 million activations after half a year and getting stomped by Disney+ and Netflix. This power move had nothing at all to do with that
