Watched SPEED with my youngin last night
Movie was fire I remember seeing this in theaters with my pops
I was 8 years old pure fukkery
Probably first time I seen it in 10 to 15 years
it's another 90's action movie that holds up...
1. They filmed pretty much all of it on location so everything looks great... realism
2. Great cast : keanu, Sandra bullock, Dennis Hopper, Jeff Daniels, Joe Morton.. etc.
3. Simple and straight-forward premise. Bomb on a bus. Save the day.

Yup... they don't make them like that anymore. i first noticed with Die Hard 4 they had some bad cgi during cars flipping over.... smh
You cannot make car crashes look good without actually crashing real cars. Black Widow had some bad cgi too.

All three had problems padding out a season but season 2 was the worst, a bigger budget does not make a better show. They actually had decent ideas but went nowhere with them. Waste of a great cast

Season 3 was the worst...and Marshala was only casted due to his recent Oscar I believe...and it was bad casting..hell it was a boring character
Season 2 had conspiracy....likeable characters and a few good grimey scenes

Season 3 is the reason why I don't like most black shows.
I'm a black male so I have toxic masculinity, so my toxicity won't allow me to solve the case.
Moreover, in addition to that, Louisiana is so corrupt that even though I'm toxic, I can't solve the case because Louisiana corruption keeps getting in the way.
