I used to fight with mgmt about our 90 day premium promos... Basically we would sell you on getting Cinemax, HBO, Starz, and Showtime for 90 days when you signed up a new account. In order to cancel, you had to CALL before the 90 days ran out or you'd get charged. I proposed being able to cancel online and they estimated we'd lose 12% of our subs if we did that.
Finance was looking at me like "nikka you better not."
There's so much money to be made off lazy customers who don't do research.

Anyway, I just read an interview with the executive overseeing the service. He said 4K/HDR is coming soon and mentioned that 'Game of Thrones' will have a full 4K/HDR upgrade which could be fukking piff..

see this is what I dont understand. when they came out with the MAX shyt, I was assuming it would include the ENTIRE HBO back catalog. I just dont understand why it doesnt.
