man that kid is bout to take a $20M payout that basically fell into his lap starting in season 1. that's enough money where he could live off the rest of his life. I'd invest it. then try to get another gig in the meantime.

I don't think he is gonna get the money though. They built up to his severance package by saying that 1 in 5 employees do nothing in the company and so they will not be compensated and they made it obvious by having big head say he does nothing and then having the Hooli CEO look at a magazine of his face? I used to kind of like Mark Cuban, until I realized that Russ is just a barely exaggerated version of him. This show made me see Mark Cuban as a joke now.

I think they're just showing off his dumb luck. All the "bro-grammer" guys that used to laugh at him get fired with no severance, and he sits on the roof for a few months and gets $20 million.
