I'm feeling it, my type of show

The hell is wrong with some of you? it is not the goat or the woat, lets see how it plays out also I'm not sure why people are expecting Soprano or GoT type acting or depth, this show is not going for that it's just a easily digestible, straight forward 30 min show

I liked it.

1 thing i noticed though is that alot of these actors look absolutely nothing like professional athletes.

But Playmakers was my shyt and it looks like this is picking up right where they left off.

And they are actually using real team names too.

I wish the NFL let Playmakers continue, it was a good show.

But the main characters all played ball in real life. Denzel's son played in the NFL, The Rock was a football player.

Ok yes the Rock speaks for himself and Denzel son is a Fball player.

The dude that took $300k looks like a player

And buddy that's a car salesman looks like what he's supposed to be..... A former offensive linemen football player!

The only other guy is the white guy who I don't think is supposed to be a player.


I'd say the casting is about right!

Who are you talking about then? Desean Jackson was also in here playing a part. So that's like 80% of the nfl player actors, actually played in the nfl

Don't let the pads and TV fool you. WR have good size at 6'2 220. That's not big at all. shyt MJ was 6'6 210

Qbs and OLs tend to be tallest. Not even defensive players are usually tall, just big. And so far rock is the only defensive lineman. Usually a db or lb is lucky to be 6ft tall

This ain't the nba breh. Google some size and weights of these players. But you don't have to, cause like dude said. All these guys actually played

The only one cast as a ballplayer that wasnt is the retired o-lineman and he's huge. Denzel's son (who was a runningback) is playing a slot receiver, of course he's small.

It was okay...... it was about what I expected. Dwayne Johnson will be enough to keep me watching, but it seems like it's just going to be about a bunch of guys being stupid, wasting money, and partying, while the one-dimensional female characters, try to get through to them, but come off like shrews. Meh . For some reason I thought this would be an hour long, so I was so thankful when it was over after 30 minutes. As it is, they barely had enough for half an hour. I don't know how they get an entire season without things getting very dull very fast.


I don't see how this show comapre to Entourage, it was more comapre to Surivor's Remorse.

However Survivor's Remorse>>>>Ballers. Ballers seems so focused try hard to get you laugh.

i must be missing something or yall are just excited for a football show. the acting is subpar, the dialog was whomp, dudes are playing every stereotype (tho football players are usually walking sterotypes), the actors aren't charismatic/there isnt a charismatic character....maybe this will change, but after the first ep, this isn't immediate watch status for me...

I can admit I am excited about the football aspect. I love any given Sunday. Cause you actually get a real (sorta) depiction of what the nfl is like. What they don't want to show you. And not any network TV censors either

They are using real teams so we can relate. Legit legends cussing nikkas out in the first ep. We haven't even got to camp, what the coach is gonna be like. Other teammates. The owner. If they win or lose. What other teams are doing. Football shyt

Ain't no other nfl type show on. fukk else Ima watch. It ain't gonna be a goat or close. Entourage wasn't. It's just fukkery man
