Kanye comes from a line of civil rights activist, raised by a college professor, went to college, had an activist voice throughout his career and then turned left

I get what you rmean, but two totally different people and situations. The ye shyt hurts a lot more considering his potential and where he came from. I don't expect poignant shyt from Wayne in interviews.

My two/three favorite Wayne interviews are when he's been fukked up saying ignorant shyt or just plain ignorant like the deposition. Wayne saying he knows black lives matter because look at him is the most Wayne thing - look at him and he's ultra successful and has been for years with a huge white audience around the entire world.

Wayne also made Georgia Bush so he's forever good with me.

In the age of streaming I think it matters. People are only listening to music for a finite amount of hours any given week. I know my music-listening time this week will be split between C5 and Yahndi once the latter drops. Otherwise it would've been much more C5.

I mean I feel like people were gonna listen or not listen to Kanye the same regardless if another big album dropped or not. Maybe he’d get more of the headlines if it was just him though i’ll give you that
