Nicki Minaj can definitely rap. What I don't understand is why people are saying she's better than the females. Honestly, Nicki is better than a lot of dudes.
That said, I don't think Nicki is quite the GOAT female rapper. She is top of the top female rapper, but her music doesn't move me. She's like a female Eminem. I will still listen to Lauryn, Missy, Kim, Foxy, Da Brat, Mia X, and Gangsta Boo over Nicki. Even in terms of decorated female rappers, she's still behind Lauryn Hill's one album, and Missy's 6 albums.
