They stay trying to jack people with them HDMI prices at stores

Retail store like Best Buy has been selling overprice media equipment for years. I have helped many customers save money. They would asked me to install their cable for them that usually cost about 100 dollars and it usually a short run such as 3 feet from the TV into their sound system , LoL.. I told them send those cable back to the store and then sell them HDMI cables for 25 dollar a piece, which I get them from the warehouse for free Customers also get scam for overprice surge protector as well If you don't do your research, you can be easily be convinced to spend a lot of money for the shyt you don't by any sale person. People have to be careful because the retail business is shady..

What do you think about calibration disc I just got a new tv.

I've never used an actual disc. I went to avsforums.com as they have threads for specific models. The main post had an updated calibration setting list which I used, and it made a big difference. I would definitely suggest that as those guys are always updating it when new firmware or systems come out.

I buy media bridge hdmi from amazon for like 6 to 7 dollars a cable.

They work great.

avsforums is the truth when it comes to getting your new tv looking right. I just bought a Samsung 55", went to avs for the thread on the set, plugged in their settings and its perfect now. Picture is almost as good as my monitor I use for photo editing.

if you're looking for a solid easy to use calibration disc I recommend

the Disney WOW

its easy to use,just go step by step, you really can see the difference when you customize your settings than using a preset

they use clips from their cgi movies, and you can see the change..when I saw the black levels on nightmare before christmas after I did the recommended settings I was

Yeah breh. Don't fall for the hype. I bought up on some HDMI cables from Best Buy one year and then I swapped out a cable box and got new HDMI cables from the Cable company and had better connection than my overpriced shyt from Best Buy.
