Yeah it's really not that serious. It's a normal backbend. I do more intense stuff in a yoga class. The figure 8 and Bray's wheel walk bend the spine more then this. This is the equivalent of up dog or cobra pose. I don't know how hard the knee was, but the backbend is nothing.
