Baltimore isn't the DMV.
So I’ve been told
It's bad, but not bad everywhere. Where you'll likely be isn't bad at all. Just stay out of the hood.
Can you some Good restaurants please?

For brunch, check out "Blue Moon Cafe" in Fell's Point. They have really good French Toast and were featured in Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives some years back.

Land of Kush (Vegan)
Miss Carter's Kitchen (soul food)
Taste This (soul food)
Simply Marie's (breakfast)
Mo's Seafood (seafood)
Fiyah Island Grill (Jamacian)
Sajhoma (Dominican)
There's a grip dope of Ethopian (Dukem, Ebenezer, Tabor), Indian, and Korean spots throughout the city. Little Italy got decent Italian food.
Corner spots/Carry outs are true Baltimore flavor.
There's good food all over the city, don't stop in any chain looking restaurant. Don't eat at the Inner Harbor.
Black owned?
Miss Shirley's Cafe and G&M Seafood are both top notch.
Depends on what you're looking for. If you want seafood, Jimmy's, Mo's, Nick's Fish house, Captain James
I'm not sure. I'd wager it wasn't. I'm more knowledgeable about DC than Baltimore so I can't speak to many Black owned spots in Baltimore. My guess is they are far and few between.
Need tips on restaurants? I don’t club anymore but perhaps a nice cigar lounge will dooh and doesn’t the dmv Coli meetup still exist. lll be out there for Halloween @Pineal Gland @Deacon Frye @BlackPearl The Empress @tru_m.a.c
Shieeeeeet.
Baltimore has plenty of black owned restaurants. And a black owned movie theater.
