But PG county (DMV Proxy) is first in the nation for black wealth and is an African American majority county. Again, I'm not too well versed in Baltimore so I can't speak.

PG is part of the DC metro, which is number 1 or 2 in the county. DC and Atlanta swap first and 2nd place every other day it seems. What I'm saying is I'm adding context to your statement. You didn't say anything that isn't true, but you just didn't add context... thats all.
