You did well brother. Protect your knees. Begin your leg conditioning now. As in today. You cannot do this sport with p*ssy legs that aren't strong. When you fatigue your chances of injury are high. If you are weak and tired you are praying for the mercy of a man to spare you. As someone who's gone to train it random gyms including UFC gyms which are like the wild wild West it is integral that you have some conditioning. Some of these guys will really try to hurt you.

If your coach doesn't do conditioning then you'll have to do some research and do it yourself. That is advice from a pro pro, not me.

You entire frame needs to be strong for this or it's gonna be a short career for you. I made it to black belt with only 4 small joint dislocations. I can only pray you fair the better

I’ve been training Muay Thai for a few months now but when I first signed up and picked up my gear my coach asked if I wanted to hang around to try out BJJ. I said “fukk it” why not not thinking about the hearty breakfast I just had. Man..I was rolling around and had bad gas all class lmao. Trying to get out of a submission I couldn’t help myself letting a few out..I felt so embarrassed. :wow:

Good shyt though. It’s an amazing workout for your core.
