Any tips on how to do this properly? :ld:

My headlights are a bit fogged and it's bothering me. I've watched several Youtube videos on this and have tried several different methods. Some with tootthpaste, products from car stores and other chemicals.

None have given my headlights that brand new, crystal clear look.

I've thought about simply having a professional do it, but it seems like a job anyone should be able to do. Maybe not though.

Anyone have success restoring their headlights to that new look? If so, what product(s) or method did you use?

Peace

I've tried multiple headlight restore kits. If you do it right, any of them work if you are patient and follow the directions. What I noticed is that all of them will return to yellow status at some point in time. It's mainly because you've sanded off any UV coating. Some kits come with a final clear coat chemical to coat the finished lenses in order to slow down the UV yellowing of your headlights.
