I got the little "studio" beat inserts....I can't do over the ears when I work out....they're not bad and haven't broken yet had em for at least a year no issues. I've had senheizers, JBLs, and Bose.....the beats are easily the most rugged. Sound quality isn't much different tbh they're inserts.....

I’m one of the last people that still likes over head/ear noise canceling headphones.

I like these Sony mdr noise cancelling joints I have.
the thing about over the ear phones is the sweat build up makes the muffs stink. Then you gotta look into replacing them

I just use these wipes I have I’ve never had any that lasted that long as I usually change them every couple of years. The power beats are a good alternative those ear clips types.

Honestly I buy cheap over the ear shyt for the gym

I’m just gonna fukk them up so whatever sounds good I’ll rock if cheap.

I do/did have expensive headphones. Im an audiophile a lil bit but stopped being too engaged. I got expensive headphones at the crib
I do have airpods and other in ear headphones but I hate wearing them. shyt always be falling out randomly at the gym, be having issues with Bluetooth, etc. I’m not trying to spend my gym time troubleshooting shyt.

What I typically use. The bold are what I’d use if forced to pick one for the gym. I rotate them so every day I go to workout it’s usually a different set.

Headphones:
JBL Project Rock Over Ear
JBL Project Rock On Ear
Beats Solo 4 with WC SweatZ earpad covers

Earbuds:
Jabra Elite 8 Active
Jabra Elite 10
Jabra Elite 7 Active
Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4
Technics EAH-AZ80
Apple AirPods Pro 2 (rarely use these in the gym)

Sony XM4’s, I have the earbuds and headphones, use them both depending on what I’m doing. Best sounding and best noise canceling I’ve had. Also the Air Pod Pro 2’s.
