Audio Technica ATH-M70X:hubie:

Everything sounds like it's supposed to and better because of the crisp and warm bass. Listening to 2Pac's, "Only God Can Judge Me" especially when the flatline section of the song starts you can really feel the production values put into that album.

To save some duckets I'd get it refurbished/second hand.

The build quality just doesn't let up. :wow: I'm still rockin mine til this day. I had the ATH-M50X but upgraded a few months ago and haven't looked back since.

Everything you'd want in a studio headphone I personally think Audio Technica captured it. A great investment imo:ehh:.

Also, I think this would get a better response in The Arcadium.

Those Audio Technicas are for mixing/mastering. You could use them for everyday use, but I’m sure it’s better headphones out there for everyday listening. OP mentioned bass as an important factor for him. I don’t think these headphones are for him

suggestions?

I don’t have any. I use audio technicas when making beats and just regular earbuds for everyday listening. You will almost certainly be disappointed in the bass with the audio technicas if that’s an important factor. I’m sure some of the coli brehs will have some nice suggestions

The M70X is awesome. They are bassy as fukk with pure crystal clear clarity.

They are the best headphones that I've personally ever bought or heard music through.

The layers for detail on a well produced album with these headphones is like the sweetest joy next to gettin' p*ssy. Picture paragraphs unloaded, wise words bein' quoted with a dope beat underneath.

You can always return them if you don't agree but I've turned so many people on to them.

On top of it being bassy it doesn't colour songs so everything sounds as it's supposed to.

It's your money, but imo mine was well spent.

thank you everyone
I'll do some digging and peep some reviews
I like bass but not to the point where it muffles the vocals
the pioneers I had were perfect with my pocket EQ
7 left on those red and gold ATs
