Its crazy that you can stay on the treadmill for that long - i just get so bored - i usually do 22 minutes in which i run three miles - how do pull through the bordem? although 1028 calories is tempting enough to stay on the tread that long.
i set the the meter to 6.5 for the first 25 minutes, usually the tv or music would keep my mind occupied
, increase to 7.0 for the remainder of the run, i get adrenaline when i increase the speed which keeps me at a runners high
I get to a point where i dont even notice how long i've been running even tho i see the time, my mind just concentrates on running like Forest Gump and shyt
i am going to try your strategy this monday. I just came from my morning work out - i did legs yesterday, usually after i do legs i cant touch the treadmill. But i did some stretching and kept my legs up while i was watching TV so the blood could rush down (like someone mentioned here) . I got on the treadmill today and i felt so fluid in my run, as if my legs were waaaaaay stronger! The experience was on some one million dollar man shhhhh...felt great!
