All you need is a bed, rug, and a few decorations. More than enough wall space for a 65 in tv. Add in some color LED lights to the change the mood when bytches comes over.

The patio is big enough for a propane grill, full size outdoor refrigerator, and small table, all your cooking needs.

I just got a similar space here in downtown Vegas. Close in price. Zero complaints but it takes a certain type of person. No yard but I have a waterfall shower with a hose. Great if you're just working.

Being here makes me want to invest in a tiny home.

But NEW CONSTRUCTION?! 950 is a steal for a studio in a elite U.S city IMO. Only downside is this might be in the hood

I guess this is fine if you don’t want to live in a traditional efficiency where you share a kitchen and bathroom with twenty other people(Asians traditional live in them for college and will have the whole building reeking from their cuisine)
