It’s a “cozy” little tiny home. I would need to see the parking, the neighborhood (whats it by) etc.


I wouldn’t rent it. I would buy it if I just wanted a little pitstop type place in miami but not for big cash. No different than a hotel room really.

But I like Tiny homes.. if I had the money I would invest in some.

But NEW CONSTRUCTION?! 950 is a steal for a studio in a elite U.S city IMO. Only downside is this might be in the hood

From the looks, you can only fit a twin in there if you don’t want to block the door … yeah, I haven’t had a twin since probably the 6th/7th grade. Anybody over 6 ft, good luck in there.
